There are many songs with English words composed by the most celebrated Music Directors of Indian Films.
I would love to mention some of my favourite Top 10 such songs and if you like you may also add more in the comments section:

10. ILU ILU from the mega blockbuster film Saudagar.
Another short form of I Love You composed so brilliantly when both Laxmikant Pyarelal were around 50+ in age but their hearts were young, wild, free and naughty..Just listen to the tuning of these 2 mini english words..It just transforms you to a very young age when a person finds it's 1st love..Not to forget in this song it says to lover, mother, grandfather, whole town and also mandhari kaka..Jab Masjid Mein Ho Allah Hooo..To dil karta Hai..

9. "Head Ya Tail" and "O Mummy Mummy" from the laugh riot Deewana Mastana..One of the last Music by LP Saabs..Both songs were flawlessly composed and still are very hummable.. Especially I love the ending of the song beautifully set words Mummy Daddy. The word play is very tactfully placed and composed suiting the film's script demands.

8. "Hey Raju, Hey Daddy" From a mature love story Judaai..
A marvelous setting of english word Daddy sung by Laxmikant ji daughter. The song reminds me of my childhood and I can't forget the amusement park where the song was picturized.

7. "My name is Lakhan" and "My name is Anthony Gonsalves". Both from the 2 iconic films #RamLakhan and #AmarAkbarAnthony respectively..
The phrase 'My Name Is' in both song has so much power in composition and also rendition by late KishoreKumar ji and Late Mohd Aziz Saab. It sounds simple but It's very tough to sing these lines and imagine the duo composers Laxmikant Pyarelal have composed it..

6. "Thank You" From Shagird song "Duniya Paagal Hai".
I don't think this word has been used much but when Rafi saab says "Thank You" then definitely it's magical expression, After IS Johar speaks 'Waah Mere Shagird'

I Love You का एक और संक्षिप्त रूप, जब मैंने लक्ष्मीकांत प्यारेलाल दोनों की उम्र 50+ के आस-पास थी, तो बहुत शानदार ढंग से रचा था, लेकिन उनके दिल युवा, जंगली, स्वतंत्र और शरारती थे। बस इन 2 मिनी अंग्रेजी शब्दों की ट्यूनिंग सुनिए..यह आपको बहुत अच्छा लगा। बहुत छोटी उम्र में जब किसी व्यक्ति को यह पहला प्यार मिल जाता है..इस गीत में भूलने के लिए यह प्रेमी, माँ, दादा, पूरे शहर और मन्दिर काका से भी कहता है..जब मस्जिद में हो अल्लाह होओ..तो पतला कर्ता है। ..
9. हंसी के "दीवाना मस्ताना" से "हेड या टेल" और "ओ मम्मी मम्मी" .. एलपी साहब का आखिरी संगीत..कभी गाने त्रुटिपूर्ण संगीतबद्ध किए गए थे और अभी भी बहुत ही विनम्र हैं .. विशेष रूप से मुझे प्यार की समाप्ति गीत खूबसूरती से सेट शब्द मम्मी डैडी। नाटक का शब्द बहुत ही चतुराई से रखा गया है और फिल्म की पटकथा की माँगों पर आधारित है।
8. "हे राजू, हे डैडी" एक परिपक्व प्रेम कहानी जुदाई से ।।
लक्ष्मीकांत जी की बेटी द्वारा गाए गए अंग्रेजी शब्द डैडी की एक अद्भुत सेटिंग। गीत मुझे अपने बचपन की याद दिलाता है और मैं मनोरंजन पार्क को नहीं भूल सकता जहाँ गीत का चित्रण किया गया था।
7. "My Name is लखन" और "My Name is एंथोनी गोंसाल्विस"।
दोनों की दो प्रतिष्ठित फिल्में क्रमशः # राम लखन और अमर अकबर एंथोनी.
दोनों गीतों में 'माई नेम इज' वाक्यांश में रचना में इतनी शक्ति है और स्वर्गीय किशोरकुमार जी और स्वर्गीय मोहम्मद अजीज साब द्वारा प्रस्तुत भी। यह सरल लगता है, लेकिन इन पंक्तियों को गाना बहुत कठिन है और कल्पना कीजिए कि युगल संगीतकार लक्ष्मीकांत प्यारेलाल ने इसकी रचना की है।
6. "Thank You" शगिर्द के गीत "दूनिया पागल है" से।
मुझे नहीं लगता कि इस शब्द का ज्यादा इस्तेमाल किया गया है, लेकिन जब रफी साहब "थैंक यू" कहते हैं, तो निश्चित रूप से यह जादुई अभिव्यक्ति है, I.S जौहर के बाद 'वाह वाह रे मेरे शागिर्द' बोलते हैं
